Roman Polanski Arrested In Switzerland Based On 1978 Unlawful Sex Case

76-year-old filmmaker Roman Polanski was arrested in Switzerland last night, stemming from charges in a 1978 unlawful sex with a teenage girl trial that saw the Oscar-winning director flee the U.S. permanently.

This guy has always been a sick nut job. It's interesting to note, though. He has a lot of friends in the "arts", so who stands to win the most from this guy being arrested? Maybe no one. The flip side is that there is no bad publicity. I think that we should make it a big deal. Maybe people can change that idea that all publicity is good. If he suffers enough from it being bad, then maybe moral people and their convictions will begin to win against the media behemoth. He is after all a giant amongst the media greats. So, if he's properly punished, maybe his ilk will be more conscious of their immorality
