Rio wins 2016 Games as IOC rebuffs Obama

The decision by the International Olympic Committee in Copenhagen sparked joyful samba dancing on Rio's Copacabana beach and shocked disbelief on the streets of Chicago, which had been considered the front-runner.

"You can play a great game and still not win," Obama told reporters at the White House after returning from Europe

Seriously!  What an exclamation from the president.
He sounds like a child who lost a game.  I have news for him.  THIS IS NOT A GAME!
He was very sure of him getting what he wanted.  So, there must have been much deal making going on. However, the party favors don't useually go to the weak, which is what America is percieved as.  Weak, because we are not standing united.  Weak, because even a third world country can kick our butts, like Afghanistan.  A paper tiger has more more ability to cause harm - a paper cut.
